ESS sketch #49

Woo Hoo, I got to make 2 cards today and go to lunch and shopping with my mom. Now that makes for one fun day I must say. This card is for Tracy's sketch at eatsleepstamp.typepad.com. I haven't been able to jump into her sketches lately, so I was glad I had time today.
I've been using lots of "older" supplies lately and it's kinda fun. I grabbed some Groovy Guava cardstock and DSP from like 2 In Colors ago...who knows maybe longer. The sketch was sweet and simple so I wanted to keep the card sweet and simple too. I used my Oval All stamp set for the sentiment and just punched it out with my oval punch and sponged the edges with Purely Pomogranete....yep...older supplies. Added it to a scalloped punch and threw on a pearl. Easy Peasy and quick style.
Have a great day.
Thanks for peeking in.

  1. You go girl for using older supplies!! I *love* it. I know I for one get caught up in all the new stuff I forget about the awesome stuff I already had. Much of which hasn't been used! LOL! Soooo glad you were able to play along this week Andrea. Your card is very sweet. Great job on this week's challenge. Thanks for playing. Hugs, Tracy
